Kalyan Ram says about the story, "I play Gautam, a civil engineer who helps father in a construction company. After Om, I stopped working in high-voltage films with lot of twists and turns. Sher has an interesting storyline with linear narration and has a small twist to the tale. Like Pataas, this film has no punch dialogues and revolves around a young man who fights against all the odds for his family."

Sher production started before Pataas movie, But due to some reasons it is stopped, So after pataas he is concentrating on the script and to provide entertainment to his fans. It's a beautiful film and audience are requested to watch it without any expectations.
