"In Tamilnadu Distributors Share raised up to Rs 35 Cr, In Karnataka 3 Cr, In Kerala 1.9 Cr, Rest of India Rs 0.4 Cr, Overall in India Rs 40.30 Cr and in overseas Rs 11 Cr, in Worldwide Theatrical collected Rs 51.30 Cr. On the other hand Satellite rights are acquired for Rs 18 Cr and Audio rights are sold to Sony Music for Rs 2 Cr. Total Business of Vedalam movie before release is Rs 71.30Cr."
