It is directed and written by Siva and Produced by A M. Rathna,, This movie is featured with Ajith Kumar,  Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Menon. Soundtracks of this movie are tuned by Anirudh Ravichander along with background score, he also gave music to the  Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Menon  Naanum Rowdy Dhaan Movie.
