Bajirao Mastani Movie First(1st) Day, Day 1 Box Office Collections: Income Report: Bajirao Mastani movie released on December 18, 2015 and clashing with other released movie on this day Dilwale which brought the eternal pair back after few years. Bajirao Mastani movie lags behind during the opening shows, It occupied 30-40 percent on the opening day, In few centres it managed the box office with 50-60 percent. Bajirao Mastani first day collection would rake up to Rs 30-40 crores approximately on the opening day of the release.

Meanwhile "Dilwale" has a strong openings at the box office, but this collections may not be similar to Salman Kha starrer "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" which is released in more than 18,000 screens compared to "Dilwale" 12,000 screens.

 Girish Wankhede, of production-distribution company Entity One, told to PTI, While "Bajirao Mastani", starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, is a historical romance saga directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. "Dilwale' has opened to an occupancy of 70 per cent while 'Bajirao Mastani' opened at 30 per cent. The opening day collection for 'Dilwale' will be somewhere around Rs 21-22 crore. 'Bajirao' might settle for a Rs 10-12 crore opening day figure,"
