But it failed to cross the Srimanthudu movie record which released over 1800 screens across the world. It collected Rs 25 crores on first day at box office and Rs 17.25 crores at its distributors. This is the first highest grosser movie in the career of Jr. NTR in terms of Nizam and overseas collections. It received good response from the celebrities.
